This week’s recipe is delicious and smelly in the best way.

I call it very garlic-y shrimp. If you don’t LOVE garlic, keep scrolling.

What you need:

  • 1 lb of peeled and deveined shrimp

  • Flour

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Paprika

  • GARLIC

  • Butter

  • Olive oil

What to do:

  • First, you need to chop up so much garlic - literally one whole head of garlic. You can just do a rough chop - this isn’t Top Chef.

  • Next, lay out the shrimp on a paper towel and pat them dry (this will help them be crispy and delicious!

  • Throw those shrimp in a bowl, sprinkle them with salt, pepper, paprika and flower and toss toss toss.

  • Ok, now heat up your pan with a few tbsps of butter and olive oil and add the garlic

  • Let the garlic cook a little until it is just starting to get golden brown

  • Add the shrimp to the pan and cook until one side is pink and cooked through, flip them and do the same on the other side

  • Now you are ready to eat! This will have extra garlic-y sauce goodness in the pan so you can serve it over rice or noodles if you want to get wild!
