Weekly Recipe: Kale Salad

Since moving to Austin, we have had more breakfast tacos, BBQ and Queso than any human should so this week's recipe is for our favorite kale salad - because after only one week my body is screaming for a salad!

Kale Salad

What you need: 

  • Kale

  • Honey

  • Lemon

  • Olive oil

  • Fresh cracked pepper

What to do:

  • Put the kale in a bowl 

  • Mix equal parts of all the other ingredients together

  • Pour it on the kale

  • Massage it - like you work at a fancy spa and this is your job 

  • Enjoy some healthy deliciousness!

I know this seems simple but this salad is actually so good. If you want to spice it up with some other veggies or chicken - go wild! It’s the perfect base to build on.
